Baked Spaghetti Squash with Garlic and Butter


Looks delicious, and I love the simplicity of the recipe.Never had spaghetti squash! this looks amazing and I will have to give it a try this weekend. If it taste like it looks, I will be making this dish regularly.
1 small spaghetti squash (about 3-4 pounds)
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 cup finely minced parsley (or basil)
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
